Siebel BI Publisher reports Data capturing

 HI Team,

We have a requirement to capture the data in the report irrespective of data present in the data set queried in the application.

e.g

there is a need to capture the count of status of cases in the report. The Status can have a value say Open, Closed, In Progress, Cancelled, Visitation. Now when the user queries the application based on say case number or date of creation, the resultant data has only 2 status with counts as Open = 15 and In Progress = 20. Now the data that needs to be captured in the report is as below:
