Applied Patch 9392437 to fix PO approval workflow error

Not sure where to post this or create a SR.

We are applying the above patch to fix the problem "PO Approval Workflow Errors Out" and it has solved the problem.
But when applying the patch -- is is very large and the log shows that it is inflating hundreds of objects in various different applications. Can you tell me if this patch only touches PO or what other modules so that I know what to test.
For instance, why are BOM modules involved --
inflating 9392437/bom/patch/115/odf/cstccod.odf
inflating: 9392437/bom/patch/115/sql/CSTAVCPB.pls
inflating: 9392437/bom/patch/115/sql/CSTAVCPS.pls
