'INVALID_SEE_COMMENT_IN_SOURCE' applying R12.HR_PF.B.delta.5 (patch 13418800)

Hi, 11i application has just been upgraded to R12.1.1. While applying R12.HR_PF.B.delta.5 the following errors occured:

FAILED: file peperasd.sql on worker 1.
FAILED: file peempasd.sql on worker 2.
FAILED: file peasgasd.sql on worker 3.

In workers logs there are the following errors:
