cost resource manager worker program is Slow

Hi,

In Plant , I have so many pending resource and material transaction avalaible in pending file. Actuly these pending transaction will clear but its take so many time and cause of in second hand releated  work order get complete so we have to change ths status of this work order and resubmit these transaction.

Cost resource manager takes time means its very slow because of this pending transaction count increase.

Please let me know how to improve cost resource manager worker program.
