I was successful in applying the April CPU patch  16196187.

Now I am going thru post-install steps in the README of that patch.
1) b)
If you have implemented "Human Resources (PER)", apply following patches:
      - 4582839
      - 3832113

Do those patches need to be applied to our system where PER is a shared install?
