strange 12c behaviour creation of services, groups or monitoring templates

 Hi all,

I have 2 12c environments running, one in 64-bit and one in 32-bit for 2 different clients.The 64-bit is acting fine, no issues.
However with the 32-bit we're having some trouble. When we want to add groups, services or even monitoring templates the webpage for each of those just stops working.

For example I enter the Services tab, select generic service and click Add. I arrive at the Service creation homepage, enter a name, set the timezone and then try to select a system. However there it goes wrong, it just doesn't do anything, it stays on the homepage. Same when I press Cancel or Review.
