Migrate RAC disks OCR/VD/ASM to new storage luns

  Hi All,,
As part of New HP 3PAR storage migration,we need to migrate the following to new storage luns on 3 Node RAC(10.2.0.4)

1.OCR
2.VD
3. ASM Disks

I have following queries on migrating this disk on this 24x7 critical production system,
  1. Is it possible to migrate all disks without any downtime?
  2. Is bouncing cluster mandatory? 
  3. As per  428681.1, bounce the cluster ? If this is mandatory, please provide the reason behind bouncing the cluster as i need to provide justification to business for 24x7
  4. Can i migrate disks on each node separately, so that other 2 nodes will be available for users?
  5. Any best practices/recommendation for this critical task?
