Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Performance Issues in Leave Pages and general SSHR after Upgrade to R12.1.3

Hi,

We have upgraded from R11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3. We are experiencing performance issues in Self-Service HR pages...mostly leave.

Appreciate any pointers in improving the performance.
