File / Record Allotments

Hi @all,

I have two questions regarding the service allotment lists.

From my point of view, each new User increases the different sevice allotments with a fixed number of records or file space for example.

1. Wich of the different allotments ( File, Record, Web Services) are user-dependent?

2. What happens to each allotment if a user is deactivated or deleted? Will the number of possible records or file space decrease directly or later?
