Not able to see the PO changes when PO is in Require-reapproval or In-process status.

 HI
We are using Release 12.1.1 and when PO is approved then buyer do some changes in PO after approval then PO goes into Require-reapproval then how can approver know that what changes
has been done before going to PO approval. Pls suggest me.
