Agile Core Service (web service) --- how to invoke 'updateRows' to do a redline?

I need some examples about the 'Redline'.

I have read the document "E23882_01"  --  "Agile Webservices user guide.pdf"...

But I found there is no much example to show me how to use 'updateRows' operation to do a redline.

For example

I have a Block.

This Block is in 2 different Change Orders currently. 

This Block have 2 changed Rev:  ChangeOrderA = Rev (A) and ChangeOrderB = Rev (B)

Now I need to redline it's BOM item attribute and value in Rev(B).

I don't know how to pass parameters about the given Rev when I want to redline a specific Rev.
