R12.1.2 : Patch 16000686 Causes Several LDTs Fail While Calling FNDLOAD

Hi,

Applying patch 16000686 (R12.HR_PF.B.delta.6) results in many LDTs to fail, including payusgenupgdef.ldt, payipgenupgdfn.ldt, pycougp.ldt, hxczzhxclcdf0002.ldt.  Have noticed an almost identical issue when applying patch 13418800 (R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.5) = see Metalink Note 1469117.1.  Can I assume the same solution is appropriate for patch 16000686 (R12.HR_PF.B.delta.6).
