WIP not getting created from ASCP

 Hi all,
When we release a planned order from ASCP the WIP job for the same is not getting created. 

It is getting stuck in wip_job_schedule_interface table and the error against it is "Invalid or insufficient Completion Subinventory/Locator information". The completion subinventory is defined in the routing however when I check in the interface I am not able to see the completion subinventory there.

I have checked the subinventory setups and its  NOT inactive.

Also When we create a WIP job defining the completion subinventory is not mandatory so it should not be stopping from creation of the WIP job.
