There is no valid action that can be performed on the selected planning units PSU 600

I just patched my system to 11.1.2.1.600 and now when my approval template is in "Free Form" My users get message:"there is no valid action that can be performed on the selected planning units" when trying to take ownership of a unit.  I found a post that said that  this issue was fixed in PSU 601.  Does anyone know if it is out yet, and if so, where can I find it.
