Purchase Order Summary not showing correctly

Hello friends, 
We are running Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and my question comes in on the Purchase Order Summary Screen. 

I search by line, and with a status of open and then export that. However, I then spotcheck some of the lines, and not all of them are open. Some have a status of "Closed For Recieving" etc.
