pilnupg.sql running for a long time during R12 upgrade

 Hi,

the script is still restarted 
i applied the patch 16289348 and i restarted workers again but the script apilnupg.sql is still running , i don't have any progress in both tables (ap_invoice_lines_all, ap_inv_dists_target until 17 hours)

I would like to know if it's a normal condition or the script is blocked?
