bursting program issue

 Hello,
we are busting feature for remittance report and all of a sudden we are seeing that report output that comes thru email from Bursting program is asking for password. we have not set any password protection at template level or in xdo.cfg file. It is happening suddenly. any idea? Output of the concurrent program opens fine only issue is with bursting output in the email
