The customer needs to create a Purchase Order requisition with up to 50.000 lines for all the lifecy

The projects of The customer can require a huge amount of materials during its lifetime, it could need more than 50.000 materials during its lifetime.

I want to know if this is feasible from a technical al functional perspective to create one single Purchase Order Requisition at the beggining of the project of 50.000 lines without affecting the performance of the process and the performance of the application. And if another customer has had the same requirement of creating just one single requisition at the beginning of the year. And I'd like to have an advice about how to handle it.

I want to know if you have any advice of how to handle projects this big with Oracle Projects when the execution is fully performed by a contractor. How to create the contract, purchase requisitions, purchase orders etc. If is recommended to create purchase documents on the go for this kind of projects.
