Re-imbursement Plan Issue

When trying to raise the Re-imbursement Request , the following error is reported:1) APP-BEN-92697: Reimbursement Distribution Rate not found


Step by step screen shot to reproduce the issue:

Login into Benefits Manager.
Go to Total Comp Distribution
Go to Reimbursement Requests.
Create a request
Get the error message

APP-BEN-92697: Reimbursement Distribution Rate not found
