Script compilation failed at line 31 in procedure '(declarations)' in 8.1.1.10 repository

Hi,

We have upgraded the repository from 8.1.1.4 to 8.1.1.10 version. Below are the steps followed.
1. Applied the patch 8.1.1.10
2. Ran Incremental Repository Merge
3. Configured the application on the new Object Manager.
4. Installed Tools in developer machines.
5. Completed Generate New Database and Database Extract steps
6. Initialized database in Siebel tools and opened the Tools.
7. Tried to Run the compile by selecting all the projects and throws below error.

Script compilation failed at line 31 in procedure '(declarations)': Syntax error at Line 31 position 1:Unknown syntax error.

Without making any changes in the repository we are getting the error while trying to compile the new repository. We also tried to compile upon the repository that was generated during step2 above (Incremental Repository Merge).
