ORA-20600: The specified target is in the process of being deleted

Hi

I am using OEM 11g Grid Control (11.1.0.1.0).

Cluster databases are running on HP_UX.

Our one cluster database has register problem after I discover/configure/test connection complete. The error message was shown after I click 'OK'. Other cluser databases on the same RAC has no problem.

The error message shows :
