One database target missing in 12c

Hello:

I have a 3 node production rac cluster which has been set up in cloud control. I just noticed today that one database is missing from the list of all the targets.

I have about 10 databases on the cluster and all show up in cloud control except that one.

I am pretty sure when I set up the cluster in 12c and did the initial discover that the currently missing database WAS there. So somehow it is now gone.

I tried to re-discover targets on the host, but it does not show up in the discover - it is almost like it thinks it is there, but the database doesn't show up in the list of databases.
