Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I Want to Create a Discoverer Report based on the form GMSAWASI (Award Status Inquiry) Expenditure Item Details: Commitments

I want the report to mimick the form.

What I need is the SQL that populates the Commitment details into this form.

Any ideas?
