Management IP in Exadata

I am beginner to exadata and have some confusions regarding management IP.What is management IP in exadata? Does all the components including: individual nodes, storage cells, infini-band switches, cisco ethernet switch, PDU and KVM have their separate management IP's? Are these management IP's through physical ethernet cards? Can we change management IP's in exadata, in any special case of movements of the server?
