Setting up Multiple Communication Methods with Rank 1
Client is trying to specify a rank of 1 for 2 communication methods (email and queue). According to the help documentation ( Business Process Automation >
Communication Management > Contacts > Click on Notification tab
> Under Communication section, you will see the below paragraph)the following is stated:
Specify a Rank for the communication method. Rank prioritizes the saved communication methods. The highest priority is 1. If the rank between two companies does not match, the method preferred by the source company (shipper) is used. You can also specify the same rank when you want to receive messages via more than one type of communication method. For example, when you want to receive both an email and a fax.
