Supplier Consigned Inventory - Not able to Transfer Material from Consigned to Asset Subinventory

 Hi all,

I am not able to do Sub Inventory Transfer from Consigned inventory to Asset subinvnetory.

I have received material to Consigned sub inventory

Performed Transfer to Regular Transaction

Material is still in Consigned inventory with Owner ship transfered from supplier

after ownership transfer, Now i want to transfer it to internal sub inventory with sub inventory trannsfer transaction type

the list of values in the to subinventory is not showing all the subinventories, it only shows expense sub inventories 

can any one please let me know how to consume this transfered material.
