what happen if the battery sc on T2000 die ?

 Hi bro,

My T2000 server has a warning :

                          Status_EventsR[0]/Message:               BATTERY at SC/BAT/V_BAT has exceeded low warning threshold.
                                                         (i known that i should be to replace new battery )

On this case :

If i power off T2000 server and disconnect all power cables from the input power source during 1 day , what happen, this server can power on normal ? 
Pls help me a recommend.
