JDeveloper version certified with E-Business R12

I am trying to install Jdeveloper for E-Business Suit.

Our version of E-Business is 12.1.3 i have read the note and the jdeveloper version that suits our release is 12.1.3 (patch 9239090 or patch 8919491) Patch 9879989 10G JDEVELOPER WITH OA EXTENSION ARU FOR R12.1.3

when i was reading the readme of the patch it says in pre-requsites 1. Operating Systems: Windows 2000-SP4 or Windows XP-SP2, Linux
our company standard operating system is Windows 7 32 bit

the readme also says

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Client operating systems other than those listed above are not supported for use with this release of JDeveloper.
