Chnage Requisition for Non - Catalouge items

Hi,

            We are currently working on R12.1.3 upgrade.In iProc we have created a non- catalouge request for which the requistion and PO got approved.Now,when we change requistion ,we are able to increase the price(amt) for the non catalouge request.

is their any setup or tolerance check options ,so that the user cant increase the price of the non catalouge request we he uses the change functionality in iproc.
