Database corruption in "system09.dbf" file

Hi AllI was migrating Oracle EBS single node database to RAC node Database during creating templet for current database I encountered error for data corruption.

I executed DBVERIFY utility and found more than block corruption in Datafile "system09.db"
DBVERIFY output summary follows.

Found metalink document "More than 20000 Blocks Corrupted in system09.dbf After Fresh Installation of E-Business Suite R12.1.1 on Linux x86_64 Platform [ID 840963.1]"  explaining exectly same issue. Solution is reinstallation. But I cannot reinstall at this stage we have lot for data/implementation on our current EBS instance.
