Working with Standard Order Collection.

Hi All,
So currently i am trying to collect data from order collection thru standard Order booking package, however i am facing issues with collect following are my concerns on which in need your help,

1) Order is not getting collected at header level, works only at line level.
2) The change of credit split in Order at line level is not getting collected post change in OIC's OM collection.
3) Would the DFF enabled at order line level will be collected in case of change in values per transaction,post change in OIC's OM collection ?

Please comment, I am on R12.
