Line type T in my forecast

 We use manufacturing kits( stocking typeK).  When we run the order processing, through shop floor,  if changes the line type of the components in sales to a T.  I need to include these 'component lines' in my sales history that I want to be included in the forecast.  Is it as easy as including the line type T for the order typpes in my Suppy and Demand rule that I am using.
