How to free a port that is being used by Weblogic admin console

 Okay I made a major mistake I delete the Middleware folder and I can not uninstall it properly. Now these port are not being released 7001, 7002, 7003, 7004, 9001, 9002, 9003, and 9004.
I need to know what the command is to clear that ports so I can do a reinstall of Weblogic, forms and report on the proper port number as requested by oracle support. Can anyone please help.
