More than one proxy?

Does Oracle have plans to allow proxy access for more than one user on a single account?  If not, do we need to submit a service request for such an enhancement?  Currently we are on 9.9.1, but testing 9.9.3, and this is not possible in either enviroment.

Our users would like to be able to grant proxy access to more than one person (for better redundancy and task coverage in case a person and their proxy is out of the office).
