Call wrap up

Hi,

When i search for an SR in the Contact Centre form and try to create a call wrap up the call wrap up screen has 2 sections.
1)interaction
2)activities

The sCreen that appears is attached for reference.Can you suggest why is the field appearing as "LETTR" in interaction segment of the call wrap up screen?
How to change it to another default value  ??
