Party and agent link in 'Oracle Case Management'-->'Case Worker'

Hi,

We are using 'Oracle Case Management' for making SR/cases against particular paries. There is a provision to search party (against whom case can be made) before making case in 'Create Case' page.

Can there be a link between party  (against whom case can be made) and agent (who is making a case), i.e. a particular agent can see only few parties to make a case.

Is there any standard setup for this or a form personlization can be done for this in 'Create Case' page. Find attached screenshot for this.
