Purging of Expense reports.

Oralce provided us a concurrent program ("Expense Report Archive and Purge") to purge expense reports.

The program is only archiving transaction data (to *_ARC tables). But the job is not able to archive attachments but purging (deleting) them permanently by choosing option (Purge Workflows and Attachments=Yes) . Any of you have suggestions on archiving  attachments?

we also do not see any program to restore archived  data.  Any of you have suggestions on restoring archived data ?
