Unable to connect by Siebel Server Manager - problem with connection to Gateway.

Hello,

I use 2 VMs: Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.1 kernel -uek 2.6.39-400.23.1 el 6uek. x86_64 and on one I have Gateway Name Server, Siebel Web Server Extension installed and on the second VM: Siebel Server and Database Utility. Previously I had SIebel 8.1.1, but I had a lot of problems with configuring SWSE, becouse of HTTP Server 2.0 (Web Tier 11g) and I had to upgrade everything to the 8.1.1.7.

As I wrote, everything is configured, but I have some errors when I want to start with:

srvrmgr /g lxorcl65 /e ITIDEV /u SADMIN /p SADMIN 

lxorcl65 - VM with my Gateway. Then I have such error:
