8.1.1.9 - Siebel Tools - Local DB Extract

Hi,

When I'm trying to extact my local DB I get the below error:

Error reading file E:\siebel\8.1.1.0.0\ses\siebsrvr\docking\<username>\outbox\00000097.zbc

DRL: Cannot read -1900556081 bytes from E:\siebel\8.1.1.0.0\ses\siebsrvr\docking\<username>\outbox\00000097.zbc

Verified the docking folder of Siebel Server, it has the above mentioned file exists in the same path.  Looking at the Tools log files, I could see below error is logged but couldn't see any information related to the error code mentioned below.  Can anyone of you provide your feedback and next steps?
