Is there a way to get the system to apply hold on sales order with lines that have zero value

Hi

It sometimes happens that items have price = 0 and when that happens these sales orders are often booked, released and shipped.
We would like these sales orders to get hold, so we can fix the price and then re price the sales order line.

Can anyone help me with this?
