Fast Path security functionality change in A9.3.

Fast Path security functionality change in A9.3.  

In prior releases, if a user was set up in User Information (G94) Fast Path N (No) it was all or nothing.   If a user was set to Fast Path to N, the user would not have access to any Fast Path codes or the menu or menu option/menu noted for that code in Description-2.

The Fast Paths are on the UDC table 00/FP.  Two examples are:

Code             Description                          Description-2        

BH          Batch Header Revisions            02/G0931

VL          DREAM Writer Versions List     2/G81                

For a user that is set to Fast Path  N , the user will  not be able to type BH OR type 02/G0931 or VL OR 02/G81 on the command line.    Each  would display  "Fast Path Not Allowed".
