currency format in GL

 Hi All,
We are implementing Oracle applications R.12.1.3 for our client in Brazil.  One of the requirements is they would like to have the currency format as 'R$ #.###,00' to their local GAAP ledger only.

Do we have any profile option to setup the currency format for the ledger at the responsibility level ? or else how do we do that at the user level using user preferences.
