Patch 13984450:R12.PRC_PF.B status waiting

Apps 12.1.3
Applying  patch 13984450:R12.PRC_PF.B  . It started ok but for about 3hrs it has not moved and the staus shows 'WAITING'
Only 1 worker has completed. There are 100 adworkers which is high.

They might as well have gone with
number of CPUs x 2 for the number of workers to choose.

There were some initial errors ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel  and there were other errors too.

AutoPatch error:
No such product installation: product = undef, username = UNDEF

Finally it seemed to continue and then adpatch continued
Done reading jobs from FND_INSTALL_PROCESSES table ...

Telling workers to read 'todo' restart file.
