Unable to split the ATO order line in Sale Order.

We are working on 11.5.10.2 and ATO item is not configurable.

Case 1: Line quantity - 10, Onhand Stock = 5, In this case SO line should in to 5 quantity for each line.

Current situation: Line status remains SUPPLY PARTIAL.

Case 2: Line quantity - 10, Onhand Stock = 0, Job Open = 10,

Job Completed for 5 quantity, in this case the line should split in to 5 quantity for each line.

Current situation: Line status remains Production Partial.

Kindly advise, we need to split the line in both the cases.
