Install precompilers, libraries and samples in ODA x3-2

Hi,
Is it posible to configure a database with the precompiler Pro*C and also install the libraries and samples for the precompilers? I know this things come in the client and examples zip files, but I don't know if this is posible in ODA X3-2.
