Create a 11.2.0.2 RAC database

Hi,
I cannot find a clear answer to these question in the documentation. I need to create a RAC database version 11.2.0.2, these is a new install in ODA, the procedure should be:

1. Install Virtualized OS Image
2. Create ODA_BASE (which installs GI/RDBMS 11.2.0.3)
3. Create 11.2.0.2 home with End User 11.2.0.2.10 RDBMS Clone Patch 14349293?

Is that the correct configuration with two homes /11.2.0.3 and 11.2.0.2) running over the 11.2.0.3 GI?
