Error: "PM.exe Has Generated Errors And Will Be Closed By Windows. You Will Need To Restart The Program. An Error Log Is Being Created." Kernel32.dll

I read the solution and made some test but still showing message error when I tried to open P6 V7.0 SP4. I put my password and user but then msg error showing.

Please need recomendation because oracle support article did not works.
