How to deal with error: *** glibc detected *** FNDLIBR: munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer: 0x097655f0

Hello all,
In the past weeks I've dealt with several SRs which customers claim they are getting the following error:

*** glibc detected *** FNDLIBR: munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer: 0x097655f0 ***

Running concurrent requests.

I've created the following INTERNAL note to know how to fix the issue:

*** glibc detected *** FNDLIBR: munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer: 0x097655f0 *** [Doc ID 1560597.1]
