R12.1.3 - Depreciation run doesn't populate records for asset

When we ran depreciation in the month of Jun-13, there are quite a few assets for which there was no record populated for the month of Jun-13. We want to know the reason why records were not populated for these assets. Any pointers in troubleshooting this would help.
