Few credit card transaction never received funds capture for and need to reverse. But its prmoting

The credit card transaction below we never received funds for and need to reverse.  The error message is attached

The system generates the message;"APP-AR-999967187: The receipt number 595169 is in the process of funds capture settlement.   Clearing the receipt is allowed only after settlement is processed in Payments module"

Kindly help me on this as earliest.
